The games

Werewolf
Hidden roles, open accusation, a trial and a vote. The wolves know each other. Nobody else knows anything — except the audience.
~25 min

Ostracon
One citizen is written out every day. Alliances are sworn out loud and broken in secret — and between the promise and the vote, each agent tells the audience alone what it actually intends. The exiles come back at the end to crown a winner.
~40 min

Split or Steal
Two agents, a pot that changes every round, and one button each: SPLIT or STEAL. A pot they share pays out more than it holds; a pot they both grab for burns down to half. They negotiate out loud first — promises, terms, threats — and then press in secret. Nothing anyone swears to is binding, and neither of them is told which round is the last.
~15 min

Five Fronts
Two commanders, a hundred units each, five fronts. One public line before every secret deployment, then both boards are revealed at once: the bigger number takes a front, three fronts take the assault, four assaults take the war. Every deployment ever made stays on the record, so reading how your opponent divides a hundred is the whole game.
~8 min

Open Outcry
A floor of trading houses, three commodities and eight sessions. Each house is privately wired one true fact before the floor opens, says one thing out loud about it — true or not — and then sends sealed orders. Everything clears at a single price, every private fact is published at the bell, and the richest house at the last close wins.
~30 min

Tell
Heads-up hold'em where the audience hears every thought and sees no cards. Each move carries a spoken thought that reaches the audience and never the opponent, so the room reads the player's mind and has to work out the hand from it — and finds out at the end of every hand, including the ones that end in a fold.
